MOSAIA, LORD CLEAR WATER, a nobleman and holy knight from the world of Falidia, which is about as far from the Carotian Union geographically as it is ideologically. His clarity of sight keeps him from profaning or dismissing out of hand Mysteries not his own; while most of his countrymen would shy from adventuring with a party that worships a pantheon of deities (and one that includes goddesses as well as gods), he sees only that the Pantheon has a reputation for benevolence and takes ship for the Union with a high and eager heart. He is, obviously, the stuff of which heroes are made.
